This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes what data the Meridian Onchain project ("Project", "we") collects when you use the websites meridian-onchain.com and tools.meridian-onchain.com ("Site"), and how that data is used and protected.
The Project is operated by a private individual. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Data we collect
We collect the minimum necessary data:
2.1. Data you provide:
- email address — when you make a payment (to deliver access to the purchased digital product and contact you about your order);
- messages you send via the feedback form.
2.2. Automatically collected data:
- technical visit data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, visit time) via Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics;
- cookies used by these analytics services (see Section 6).
We do not collect or request identity documents, home addresses, or bank card numbers (payment is processed by a third-party provider — we do not receive or store payment details).
3. How we use data
Collected data is used solely to deliver access to the purchased product, contact you about your order, analyze traffic and improve the Site, and maintain its security.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data to third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to process a payment.
4. Payment data
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive, process, or store your payment instrument data. We only receive confirmation of payment and your email address for delivering access.
5. Data storage and protection
We store personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes of this Policy or as required by law, and apply reasonable measures to protect it.
6. Cookies
The Site uses cookies for web analytics (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics) and saving your preferences (e.g., language). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some features.
7. Third-party services
The Site uses: Yandex.Metrica (analytics), Google Analytics (analytics), payment provider (payment processing) — each under its own privacy policy.
8. Your rights

9. Minors
The Site and products are not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is available on the Site with its effective date.
