Refund Policy

1. General
This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds are possible for products purchased on meridian-onchain.com and tools.meridian-onchain.com.
2. Nature of the product
All products are digital goods — strategy analysis reports and expert advisor files (.mq5) delivered electronically immediately after payment.
Because a digital product is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the usual sense (access is already granted, the file is already received), refunds after successful delivery are not provided. This condition is stated before payment, and by paying, the User agrees to it.
3. When a refund is possible
A refund is provided only in the event of a technical failure, specifically: payment succeeded but the paid product was not delivered due to a technical error on the Site's side; the product was delivered corrupted or unreadable through our fault and cannot be re-delivered.
In such cases we will either re-deliver the product or, if impossible, refund the amount paid.
4. When a refund is NOT provided
A refund is not provided if: the product was successfully delivered and received; the User is dissatisfied with the strategy's test results (historical results do not guarantee future profit — stated before payment); the User incurred trading losses using the advisor; the User changed their mind after receiving the product; the User provided an incorrect email through their own fault (we will help with re-delivery upon confirmation of payment).
5. How to request a refund
If a paid product was not delivered due to a technical reason, send a request to meridian.onchain.help@gmail.com, including: the date and amount of payment; the payment identifier (if available); the email used at payment; a description of the problem.
We will review within a reasonable time and, upon confirming a technical failure, re-deliver the product or issue a refund.
6. Timeframe
A refund request due to a technical failure should be sent within 7 days of payment. An approved refund is issued via the same method used for payment, within a reasonable time.
