1. General
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between the Meridian Onchain project ("Project", "we") and the user ("User", "you") when using the websites meridian-onchain.com and tools.meridian-onchain.com ("Site") and purchasing digital products.
By using the Site or purchasing products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Project is operated by a private individual.
2. Service description
Meridian Onchain is a software tool for analyzing, testing, and building trading strategies (expert advisors) for the MetaTrader platforms. The service provides: a strategy visualizer and builder; automated strategy search using algorithms on historical data; generation of expert advisor files (.mq5); analytical reports on tested strategies.
Important: The service is an analytical and educational software tool. It is not an investment service, not financial advice, and not fund management. We do not provide guaranteed trading signals and do not manage your money.
3. What the User purchases
By purchasing a product, the User pays for one run of the corresponding function (analysis, strategy search) and receives the result as a report and/or an expert advisor file (.mq5).
The User understands that: a strategy's result on historical data is not a guarantee of future profit; any test results reflect past behavior on historical data and may not recur; the decision to use the received files on a live account is made by the User independently and at their own risk.
4. Pricing and payment
The price of each product is shown on the Site before payment. Payment is made via a third-party payment provider. After payment is confirmed, the User is automatically granted access to the paid result.
5. Digital nature of the product and refunds
All products are digital goods delivered electronically immediately after payment. Refund terms are in the Refund Policy. In brief: because the product is digital and delivered immediately, refunds after successful delivery are not provided; a refund is possible only in the event of a technical failure where the paid product was not delivered.
6. Rules of use
When using the Site, the User agrees to: not use the Site for unlawful purposes; not disrupt the Site or gain unauthorized access to its systems; not resell or distribute the received products without permission, except for personal use; provide accurate data at payment.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's software code, algorithms, design, and content are the property of the Project. By purchasing an advisor file (.mq5), the User receives the right to use it for personal trading purposes but acquires no rights to the Project's underlying algorithms and systems.
8. Disclaimer of liability
The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site working correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
We are not liable for: any trading losses when using the received strategies or advisors; decisions made by the User based on the service's results; actions of third-party services (payment providers, trading platforms, brokers).

9. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms. The current version is published on the Site with its date. Continued use of the Site means acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are settled in accordance with applicable law.
